Bridging Africa

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the Bridging Africa website and mobile application. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Platform Purpose

Bridging Africa is an online platform that connects customers seeking home services with tradespeople offering those services.
Bridging Africa is not a service provider, employer, or agent of any user. We only facilitate connections and communication between users.

2. User Accounts

  • Users must be 18 years or older to create an account.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

3. Service Interactions

  • All agreements, pricing, and service terms are directly between the customer and the tradesperson.

  • Bridging Africa is not involved in any financial transactions, disputes, or guarantees of service quality.

  • Tradespeople are independent contractors, not employees or representatives of Bridging Africa.

4. Fees

  • Bridging Africa charges a small fee to tradespeople when they receive a confirmed lead or booking from a customer.

  • Customers are not charged by Bridging Africa for using the platform.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any illegal or fraudulent purpose.

  • Post false information or impersonate others.

  • Misuse or attempt to hack the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bridging Africa is not responsible for:

  • The conduct, performance, or actions of tradespeople or customers.

  • Any loss, injury, or damage arising from services arranged through the platform.
    Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and design on Bridging Africa are owned or licensed by us. Users may not reproduce or distribute any materials without prior permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
